We aim for collection orders to be ready 30 minutes after receiving an order but this could be up to an hour during busy periods.


We reserve the right to refuse any order should it be necessary for any reason and in the event of needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to do so with 10 working days. You have the right to cancel an order up until food preperation is started. Depending on peak business times this could be as little as a few minutes. Orders can only be cancelled by telephone. Orders cancelled before food preperation is started will be reimbursed using the same method used for payment. Any order cancelled and food preperation has begun will be charged to the customer, and no refund will be given.


The email, postal address and phone number on the PayPal account needs to match the email, postal address and telephone number on the website.
